Same-day cancellations or no-shows = deposit is forfeited.

Less than 24 hours’ notice = deposit is forfeited.

With 24+ hours’ notice = your deposit can be applied toward a future booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, but I’m happy to reschedule if you communicate. No call / no show = blocked
