Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required, the amount of which will be mutually agreed upon between us at the time of booking. Deposits ensure your time is reserved exclusively for you and are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows. If I need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment. Let’s discuss and confirm the details to make your experience seamless!

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both parties, please review my cancellation policy:

•Notice Period: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur no charge, and any deposits (if applicable) will be fully refunded or credited toward a future booking.

•Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the agreed-upon rate to compensate for reserved time.

•No-Shows: Failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the agreed-upon rate.

•Rescheduling: I’m happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

•My Cancellations: In the rare event that I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment, and I’ll work with you to reschedule at your convenience.
