1. Standard Booking Rule: as a general rule, I do not require a deposit upfront, as I value and respect your privacy.

2. Premium & Out-of-Hours Appointments: a non-refundable deposit may be requested for first-time clients who wish to book during off-peak hours (such as early mornings or late nights). Preparing for appointments outside of normal hours disrupts my regular routine, and this policy ensures my time is protected in the event of a last-minute cancellation.

3. Short-Notice & 'No-Deposit' Bookings: If you prefer not to pay a deposit, you are welcome to contact me 2 to 3 hours in advance on the day of. If my schedule allows, I will gladly accommodate you. If I am unavailable, you will need to wait until an opening becomes available.

1. Priority Booking Standard: please note that regular clients, verified clients, and those who provide full, clear details upon request will always take priority over incognito or unverified strangers.

2. Regular Clients (First Priority): Regulars are always my top priority. If we are meeting the first time and my plans changed, I am happy to reschedule our meeting at a mutually convenient time and you will receive special benefits during our time together. Furthermore, if a deposit was paid and you decide you no longer wish to meet, your deposit will be refunded completely upon request.

3. Cancellations & Mutual Trust: if I grant you the courtesy of booking an advance appointment without a deposit, I expect that courtesy to be mutual. My schedule is carefully planned around our agreed-upon time, and unexpected changes directly affect my calendar.

4. Notice & Communication: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

5. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Canceling with short notice or failing to communicate without a valid reason damages trust. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement for future bookings or loss of booking privileges.

6. Open Line of Respect: Respectful communication goes a long way. If something unexpected comes up, simply reach out as early as possible - timely updates are always appreciated and handled with understanding.
